All credit cards are processed via WORLDPAY (see Secure Shopping). This service is 100% secure however if you would rather pay over the phone, you can call us on 01224 636299 to make your order. When using a card to pay on line or on the phone you will need to be the cardholder and give the registered cardholders address.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of receipt of your order together with a further e-mail when the goods have been dispatched. You can print these for your records.

UK Next Day Delivery (Orders placed before 2pm) - £7.00
Eire and Channel Islands Orders up to £100, allow 3-5 working days - £5.00
Eire and Channel Islands Orders over £100, allow 3-5 working days - £10.00
Europe standard up to £100, normally 3-7 days (allow up to 14 days) - £7.00
Europe standard orders over £100, normally 3-7 days (allow up to 14 days) - £14.00
Rest of the World standard up to £100, normally within 10 days (allow up to 28 days) - £15.00
Rest of the World standard over £100, normally within 10 days (allow up to 28 days) - £25.00
20% VAT payable on UK delivery and EU member countries will be automatically deducted for locations that are exempt from this tax.
Being an honest company, we will refund any vastly over the top automatic postage charges e.g. a hat to Europe will not cost £15 to deliver!
Your goods may be despatched using a traceable, insured service. A card will be left for you to rearrange delivery or collection if you are not in.
We update our site several times per day to ensure that if an item is showing as available, we are able to despatch it straight away. Sometimes however we may run out of an item and in this instance we will contact you and let you know whether or not we can get the item for you and how long this will take.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We understand that from time to time you may want to return or exchange an item. We will not refund the item until we receive it or unless you can provide proof of posting. To do this please take the item to the post office and they will provide you with a receipt, which you should keep safely until the exchange or refund is completed. If the item is valuable and for peace of mind you may want to use a traceable and insured postal service.

We are also able to process your returns and exchanges at our store. Here you can be assisted by the staff to find the item that is right for you. Alternatively we can refund your purchase, using the credit card you used to pay for it.
Both methods are offered within 28 days of despatch of the goods and as long as the item is in the condition you bought in. This means that it is unworn, unmarked with the labels included and in a resellable condition.
In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or faulty you are of course entitled to a full refund / replacement, including the cost of sending the item(s) back.
