  • TIMETABLE
    Each meeting will start at 12.15pm & feature the same programme of Senior and Junior races.
    Entries close 30mins before each event. (All under SAL permits).

    U11 Girls 12:45 1M
    U11 Boys 12:55 1M
    U13 Girls & U13 Boys 13:05 2M
    U15 Girls 13:25 2M
    U17 Men/SenMen 13:45 6M

  • ENTRIES
    Advance series entries - now closed.
    Online entries being taken for Drum and/or Dun.
    Series entries accepted at Crathes Castle @ £24 Seniors & £6 Juniors.
    Individual meeting entries are £8 U20's and above (+ £2 SAL) and £2 Juniors.
    Registration - race numbers can be picked up on the day up to 30mins before each event. A new race number will be allocated for each meeting.
    When completing the application form, runner details will be taken as the first event - the same age category and same club throughout the series.
    Junior age categories to be taken as of 1st September 2008. Senior/Vets - age on day.

  • AWARDS
    Series Prizes, sponsored by The Running Shop and Brooks for the fastest accumulated times over the three meetings.
    There will be Team medals at each meeting for U11, U13 & U15 age groups. 3 runners to count.
    Everyone who completes all three meetings can collect their medal at the final House of Dun event or afterwards from The Running Shop.

  • LOCATION
    Crathes Castle: on A93 15 miles West of Aberdeen 3miles East of Banchory.
    Drum Castle: on A93 10 miles West of Aberdeen 8 miles East of Banchory.
    House of Dun: on A935 3 miles West of Montrose.
    All of the Castle sites are National Trust properties and Runners and spectators are asked to stick to the marked tracks. The courses are in Castle grounds and run mainly on forest tracks and grass. Spikes may not be suitable for the whole course.
    There are no changing facilities available, runners are advised to arrive changed for racing. Toilet facilities are available.
    Please note. A car parking charge is in effect at Drum Castle.
